Delegates submit demographic and abstract details directly into the database, reducing data entry errors. For attendees of MTCi conferences, and our Society members, automatic form-filling, requiring only on-screen update or confirmation of demographic details.

Accommodation and extras are selected on-line; room-sharing managed on-line. 24/7.

Immediate invoicing, instant receipting and acknowledgement of payment accepted; payment is through eWay Secure on-line payment system, and delegates print receipts and tax invoices over the net. 24/7.

Letters are sent individually addressed. A personal touch - using database efficiency. Extras and accommodation selection listed at the top of each email from the database. Where selected for presentation, title, time session name are also listed for easy reference. PIN is noted in the header of all communications and is common for all interactions with the MTCi database - conferences or memberships.

FaceBook and Twitter sites are established for Conferences and Societies to disseminate information quickly and easily and record events.

Flickrsite is established for Conferences and Societies, to encourage "community" and share those fabulous Member events.

Online committee access: browse abstracts, make comments in pre-program selection phase, then select abstracts for oral/poster presentation and compile program on-line, independent of time zonesand paperless.
